2. Required elements of a takedown notice
A notice is treated as complete when it contains each of the following. Incomplete notices delay action, because intermediaries generally decline to act until every element is present.
- Identification of the protected work. The specific page, text, image, design, or code that is protected, with the corresponding address on the official website at https://www.drakaris.com/ where applicable.
- Identification of the infringing material. The complete address of the material said to infringe, sufficiently precise that the recipient can locate it without searching, including any parameters or fragment.
- Contact information. The name, postal address, telephone number, and email address of the complaining party or its authorised representative.
- Good-faith statement. A statement that the complaining party has a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent, or the law.
- Accuracy statement. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and that, under penalty of perjury, the complaining party is the rights holder or is authorised to act on the rights holder's behalf.
- Signature. A physical or electronic signature of the complaining party or its authorised representative.
3. How to submit a notice
Send notices to dmca@drakaris-protect.space with the subject line beginning DMCA Notice. Attach captures as image or PDF files rather than embedding them in the message body, and keep the reported address in plain text so that it can be copied accurately.
Where the matter concerns a cloned website, a misleading domain, or an impersonating profile rather than the reproduction of a specific work, the abuse reporting form is the faster route, because it captures the additional context required for registrar and platform escalation.
4. Handling and timelines
Notices are acknowledged within three business days of receipt. Substantive review is completed within ten business days, subject to the completeness of the submission and the responsiveness of the intermediaries involved. Where a notice is incomplete, the sender is told precisely which element is missing.

5. Counter-notices
A party whose material has been removed and who believes the removal was mistaken or that the use was authorised may submit a counter-notice to dmca@drakaris-protect.space. A counter-notice should contain:
- Identification of the material removed and the location at which it appeared before removal.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, of a good-faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- The sender's name, postal address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of an appropriate court and to accept service of process from the complaining party.
- A physical or electronic signature.
Counter-notices are forwarded to the original complaining party. Where the relevant intermediary operates a statutory restoration window, that intermediary determines whether and when material is restored.
6. Misuse of the process
Knowingly submitting a materially false notice or counter-notice may expose the sender to liability, including for damages and costs. Notices that appear to be submitted for competitive advantage, to suppress legitimate review or commentary, or without any plausible claim of right are declined and recorded.
7. Repeat infringement
Where the same operator, domain portfolio, or account is the subject of repeated substantiated notices, the record is consolidated and presented to the relevant intermediary as a pattern rather than as isolated incidents. Consolidated records are also used to support registrar complaints and platform enforcement escalations.
8. Records and privacy
Submissions are retained for the period necessary to pursue and document the matter, together with correspondence and outcomes. Personal information contained in a notice may be disclosed to the party whose material is the subject of the notice, to intermediaries, and where required to a court or regulator, since notice-and-takedown procedures are adversarial by design. Senders should include only the information the process requires.
